IF YOU WISH TO PAY ONLINE PLEASE PROVIDE MANAGEMENT WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND A PAYMENT PORTAL WILL BE SENT TO YOU. CURRENTLY, ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE ONLY MADE BY DEBIT/CREDIT. THERE IS A  2.99% SURCHARGE WHEN PAYING ONLINE. IF YOU WISH TO AVOID PAYING THE SURCHARGE PLEASE PAY BY CHECK.
